Comments: Enemy mercenaries occupy the lodge, and it’s best to explore it while completing the Promises to Keep side quest.

Comments: A giant occupies the grove, and it’s best to explore it while completing The Cursed Tribe daedric quest. The only way to get to the grove is by traveling through the Fallowstone Cave (Sector 9, Number 15).

Comments: Dwemer machinery occupies the ruins, and it’s best to explore them while completing the Unfathomable Depths side quest.

Comments: A group of friendly orcs calls the fort home, but it may be under attack by a giant the first time you arrive. I recommend exploring this location while completing The Cursed Tribe daedric quest.

21. DARKLIGHT TOWER

Comments: Monsters and witches occupy the tower. It’s best to explore it while completing the Repentance side quest.

22. RUINS OF RKUND

Type: Ruins

Comments: Spriggans occupy the ruins.

23. CRYSTALDRIFT CAVE

Type: Cave

Accessibility: Always accessible

Comments: Wild animals occupy the cave.

24. SNOW-SHOD FARM

Comments: You won’t encounter any enemies here.

25. NIGHTINGALE HALL

Type: Cave

Accessibility: You can’t visit the hall until you’ve started the Trinity Restored Thieves Guild quest.

Comments: The entrance to the cave is uncovered during the Trinity Restored Thieves Guild quest, and this is the best moment to explore it. However, you can also return here later on and even use this place as a hideout.

26. THE SHADOW STONE

Type: Standing Stones

Accessibility: Always accessible

Comments: There’s one of thirteen magical standing stones here, and interacting with it can grant you a powerful blessing.

27. LOST TONGUE OVERLOOK

Type: Dragon Lair

Accessibility: Always accessible

Comments: This location is being occupied by a sorcerer and some skeletons at the beginning of the game, but if you decide to explore it after completing the Dragon Rising quest, you’ll encounter a dragon here.

Comments: It is advisable to wait until you have gained some levels and obtained good equipment before exploring this dungeon as it is occupied by powerful monsters. It is recommended to explore the dungeon while completing the Dragon Priest Masks side quest or Siege on the Dragon Cult side quest as it serves as a lair for one of the priests (Rahgot).

29. BROKEN HELM HOLLOW
