Disguises | Colorado

There are nine different disguises available in “Freedom Fighters”. If you’re visiting Colorado for the first time, it’s recommended to obtain one of them as soon as possible, such as the Militia Soldier. Agent 47 in his default outfit will be attacked immediately, no matter where he is located.

  • Militia Soldier
  • Militia Technician
  • Explosives Specialist
  • Militia Spec Ops
  • Point Man
  • Elite Militia
  • Hacker
  • Militia Cook
  • Scarecrow

Militia Soldier

Militia Soldier

This is a basic disguise for the mission. Soldiers can be found throughout the farm, but if it’s your first time playing, it’s best to target one in the south part of the farm. For example, you can eliminate one of the soldiers by the baler (M7.8) or the generator (M7.34).

Once you become more experienced in the Colorado mission and rank up, you can use this disguise to start the gameplay.

Soldiers have access to basic areas of the farm, such as the south field, the middle square, or the large orchard. However, they are not allowed to enter the explosives test zone, the barn, the shooting range, or the main house.

Militia Technician

Militia Technician

Although it’s more difficult to obtain this disguise, it doesn’t offer any additional “benefits”. Technicians can be found on the central square of the farm (M7.17) and wear headphones. It’s not recommended to attack a technician in a public area, but it’s possible to lure one away from their colleagues. You can choose to sabotage a generator located by the east entrance (M7.6). Once a technician approaches the generator, you can strangle them and hide their body in a nearby locker. A technician’s disguise can also be found in a building with a Point Man inside (south-west part of the farm) (M7.7). Before you can put it on, you’ll need to eliminate or distract at least a few enemies.

Once you become more experienced in the Colorado mission and rank up, you can use this disguise to start the gameplay.

Technicians have access to basic areas of the farm, such as the south field, the middle square, or the large orchard. However, they are not allowed to enter the explosives test zone, the barn, the shooting range, or the main house.

Explosives Specialist

Explosives Specialist

Members of this faction can be found in a secured area in the south-east (M7.14) and wear vests with yellow elements. This area can only be accessed by specific units, so you’ll need to sneak up on a specialist to steal their uniform. It’s best to approach the test zone from the north or south. You can also use a secluded barn (M7.16). The best way to eliminate a specialist quietly is to reach the baler (M7.15) and activate the radio. Once an enemy appears, attack them and throw their body into the baler.

Once you become more experienced in the Colorado mission and rank up, you can use this disguise to start the gameplay.

Explosive specialists have access to the explosives zone, which is not available to soldiers and technicians. However, specialists from this area can recognize Agent 47, even with a disguise. Militia Spec Ops can be found near the large barn and shooting range in the south part of the farm. They usually travel in pairs, making it harder to attack an officer. The Point Man is a unique uniform that can be found in a small building in the west part of the map. He wears a hood and balaclava, and can be eliminated using surrounding objects. Elite Militia uniforms are used by enemies near the main building and can be obtained from opponents located by a small garage or in a room on the ground floor of the building.

Except for Sean Rose’s room and the basement, Elite Militia can enter the main building. However, some enemies can still recognize our hero when he is in disguise. Nevertheless, all regular locations on the farm can be accessed.

Hacker

The hackers are situated in the main building of the farm (M7.27) and occasionally appear in the backyard. The most suitable way to acquire this disguise is to obtain it from the server room on the ground floor (M7.33). If you damage one of the servers, a hacker will come to investigate. The body of the fallen can be concealed behind large objects near the window.

Once you have gained higher ranks and mastered the mission in Colorado, you can start playing while wearing this disguise.

The hackers and Elite Militia have the same access, allowing you to enter all regular locations and the main house. However, just like the Elite Militia, you are not allowed to enter Sean’s room and the basement. It is a better disguise, and the probability of being recognized is lower. All you need to do is watch out for the hacker on the floor (the one that moves between the 3D printer and hacker’s phone).

Militia Cook

There is only one cook on the farm, making this uniform one of a kind. He is located by the cooker in a large orchard on the west side of the farm (M7.26). Obtaining the disguise without raising the alarm is challenging since the cook is situated in a public area. Pay attention to the container in the screenshot. Wait for a soldier to approach it, knock him out, and hide the body inside. Then, throw an object to attract the cook. When he gets close enough, take him out and hide his body.

This disguise does not have any additional benefits, and like the regular soldiers and technicians, the cook cannot access unique locations (explosives zone, the barn, the shooting range, or the main house). The only advantage is that you can easily sabotage the cooker and make it explode when Penelope Graves is nearby.

Scarecrow

There is only one scarecrow on the farm, and it is located in the west part of the main orchard (M7.9). You can only use this disguise if the enemies are not searching for you.

This disguise does not offer any benefits and, like your regular outfit, if the enemies spot you, they will attack you immediately. There are some hangers scattered across the farm where you can hide as a scarecrow. You can use this disguise to complete one of the mini challenges. Additionally, it is required to complete the fifth level of escalation for this location.
