Redcliffe is situated in the Northern area of The Hinterlands and can be accessed by progressing through the main storyline. You may explore the Chantry and Tavern alone or while completing the “In Hushed Whispers” main quest, which is tied with gaining approval of the Rebel Mages (for more information, refer to the Hidden Locations page).
