In the caves near the pond, there is a collectible that can be reached through the sewage tunnel. The item can be found on a barrel with a burning oil lamp. Details are provided below.

The U.S. Covert Operations Manual can be obtained at the USAF Satellite Station Olivia [72] inside the room that can be opened with a terminal or a key. The key is located on the table next to the mini-nuke. This collectible decreases the probability of being detected by enemies while sneaking.

The Wasteland Survival Guide can be found in different locations with various benefits. The first one, which grants a 5% reduction in damage during melee battles, is located on the table in the Ranger cabin [81]. Another one adds a Diamond City marker to the world map and can be found in the basement of the Gorski Cabin [82], where you must defeat Gorski the ghoul. The third guide provides the ability to find more food at dead animals and is located inside a locked green cabin near four silos at the Sunshine Tidings co-op [83].

To obtain the You’re SPECIAL! book in Sanctuary [1], players must go to the house where the main protagonist lived before the apocalypse and enter the bedroom to find Shaun’s bed. The secret is located on the ground under the drawer next to the bed.

Taboo Tattoos can be found in Concord [48] by going to the Concord Civic Access through the large hole in the ground near one of the intersections where a Deathclaw was encountered at the beginning of the game. The U.S. Covert Operations Manual for the USAF Satellite Station Olivia [72] can be found inside a locked room in the building after you have taken care of the bandits outside. To access the room, you can either hack into the terminal or use the Intel Room Key that you can obtain from one of the enemies.
