In the game Gloomwood, the Coast Cliffside level features collectible documents. This guide lists all the documents found in the Cliffside and lighthouse area.
During the initial stage of the Coast Cliffside mission, players must explore the path near the cliff. There are several documents to collect during this stage. This guide provides the locations of all the documents in Coast Cliffside, which is the third level of the campaign. Our list will assist you in achieving 100% completion in Coast Cliffside.
It is important to note that not all documents will go to your inventory after interacting with them. Some documents can only be read, while the note remains in its original location. The collectibles can be obtained in any order.
- Document # 1 – Something is Not Right (located in the first hut by the cliff)
- Document # 2 – Doctor (found in the hut next to the lighthouse)

Document # 1 – Something is Not Right (located in the first hut by the cliff)
After starting your approach through the cliff path, you will come across an abandoned house (Desolated House). You must pickpocket one of the guards to obtain the key to access the house. Use the key on the door next to the stairs and defeat a single guard. The collectible is located on the chair next to the bed.
Document # 2 – Doctor (found in the hut next to the lighthouse)
This document is located in the final areas of the level, after reaching the lighthouse. Find the hut next to the lighthouse and pick up the note on the table near the Phonograph.
Document # 3 – Countryside Sketch (map of the cave with a safe)
To find the drawing, you must visit the basement under the lighthouse. The door is in a small hut next to the lighthouse. The collectible is located on the table and provides useful information. You will learn about the 415 combination needed for the safe in the cave.
Once you have the combination, you can return to the first location in the game – Croup’s Fishery. Go back to where you started the Coast Cliffside stage. You don’t need to go through the caves again because there is a shortcut to Croup’s Fishery near the main exit of the mine (picture above). You will reach the basement of the hut in Croup’s Fishery thanks to it.

City Guard Seeks Document # 4 (Notice at City Gates)
Consider this notice as a hidden surprise, as it includes a register of individuals who backed the growth of Gloomwood. To locate it, uncover a concealed passage underneath the lighthouse that leads to the city gates. The switch that unlocks the path is concealed behind the books in the basement. Navigate towards the large locked gate shown in the image above, where the document is affixed.
