Submerged Note 5

Located in the subregion of Sierra Perdida and district of Lapida Mogote, this note is also part of the history set – Unmasking the Sea Monster. To find it, pass a small waterfall and enter the sewer from which the water flows. The note is lying on a pile of sand to your left.

Journalist’s Notes 2

Located in the subregion of La Joya and district of Catalina Ridge, this note is part of the history set – Left Behind: Lucky Mama After ’67. The note can be found at the gas station. Enter from the back and examine the first table that stands near the entrance.

Ghost Stories 2

Located in the subregion of Sierra Perdida and district of Nueve Vida, this note is part of the history set – The Phantom of La Joya. The note is taped to the wooden door of one of the storage units, right next to a house on a hill painted in sea color. The laundry only hangs next to this unit.

Ghost Stories 4

Located in the subregion of La Joya and district of Catalina Ridge, this note is also part of the history set – The Phantom of La Joya.

To find the document, head up to the floor of the warehouse at your camp, and turn left. On a metal table, you will see several items, including a note. Be careful not to jump, as you may fall through the barriers.

The first secret message can be found in Sierra Pedida, Lapida Mogote district. Look for flags surrounding an observation point, where the document is nailed to a wooden column.

For Official Documents 3, head to the hotel in the Concepcion district of Conuco. Look for a table near the blue mezzanines, where a white sheet of paper with red elements lies.

Secret Message 4 is located in the blue building where other guerrillas are stationed in the Fernando Valley district of Conuco. Look for a destroyed mattress to find the note.

In the Robusta Hills district of Sierra Perdida, find the guerrilla trail and look to the right of the area where you can repair your weapons. A box on the floor holds Secret Message 5.

Diary Page 2 is inside Apito-Bara Cave in Isabel Steppes district of Conuco. The note is nailed to a rock near the entrance.

Finally, Diary Page 3 is in Sombreado Gorge district of Conuco. Look for the document near a rocky area.

In order to find a specific note, you must make your way down to the room beneath the defensive walls. One way to get there is by using the passage from the ground, as shown in the screenshot. Alternatively, if you’re arriving by water, you can jump onto the shore and locate a small tunnel. Both routes will lead you to a small room stocked with supplies. The note itself can be found on a small box next to some wooden barrels.

The first document, Diary Page 4, is located near your own base in La Joya’s Dorada Cove subregion. Head east from your base and look for a small, run-down house with demolition/construction equipment nearby. The page is on the ground next to the rubble in one of the corners of the house.

Hoser’s Notes 3 can be found in enemy territory, but it’s easily accessible without having to engage in combat. Simply sneak to the back of the building and locate the document in front of the blue container near the trash cans.

The Secret Message 3 is located at the observation site at the end of the guerrilla trail in La Joya’s Dorada Cove subregion. Take the path past the person with binoculars and go to the orange boards on the left-hand side. The document can be found there, and it’s the only one that’s part of the collection.

Lastly, the Submerged Note 2 is on a damaged wooden boat in Sierra Perdida’s Vacia Coast district. You can easily spot it while traveling along the shore of the island by boat, water scooter, or helicopter. The document is part of the Unmasking the Sea Monster collection.
