Document (1) is located near the leather.
Lopez’s Arrival
Document (2) can be found in a secret room that can only be accessed using the ascender. Use this item in the location shown in the picture.
Covering the Tracks
Document (3) is located in a hut that is not initially accessible. Use the ascender on the barricade shown in the picture above.
The Cult’s Control
Document (4) is in the cave explored during the “Retrieve the Savior’s Amulet” side mission. You can find this document after avoiding traps.
Protection
Note (5) is also in the cave explored during the “Retrieve the Savior’s Amulet” side mission. Proceed further into the location and avoid more traps to find it.
Expedition Report
Report (6) is inside a hut located high up in the air. Reach the adjacent hut in the south, stand in the location shown in the picture, and shoot at the ropes. After that, you will be able to access the secret.

Troubled Lands
Document (1) can be found immediately after entering the temple located inside the mountain. You must do this during the “Belly of the Serpent” mission (after Lara’s meeting with Etzli).
Trinity Arrives
Document (2) is located near the Belly of the Serpent campsite, near the path that leads to the Belly of the Serpent location.
Warning
Document (3) is behind a waterfall – you can access it from the water body in the jungle, the same place where you can find the Path of Battle challenge tomb. Start climbing near the water (north-west from the secret), climb the tree, and then jump from one ledge to another. Lara will reach a small cave behind the waterfall.
More Questions
Document (4) can be found during your exploration of the crypt – the entrance can be found north of the secret. Squeeze through rocks to reach the location shown in the picture.
Offering to the Gods
During your exploration of the crypt, you can find Document (5) by heading northeast from the secret entrance. Once you reach the large oval room near the sarcophagus room, look for a stone ledge presented in the picture. The secret is on the ledge, and you can easily reach it by moving up from the lowest part of the room.
Protectors of the Dead
In the Path of Battle challenge tomb, you can find Document (6) near the starting point. Look for an interactive mechanism near the place presented in picture 1, but before using it, stand near the edge and look down. You will see a stone ledge with the secret below you. Jump down to obtain it.

Inside Unuratu’s house near the Unuratu’s Home campsite, you can find Document (1).

Document (2) is on one of the wooden stalls near the stairs.

To find Document (4), Lara must climb from one platform to another to reach a high ledge in the city. Once she reaches the ledge, she must get hold of the protruding branch and then climb up the cliff’s vertical wall.
Resist!
To obtain Manifesto (5), start the “Rebellion Lives” main mission and head to the rebels hideout in Skull Cave.

Unuratu’s Coronation
Document (4) can be found in the southern caves near Village Caves campsite in a dimly lit place.
Devils in the Dark
Report (5) is inside the cabin located in the southern part of the city, near Village Caves.

Journal (6) can be found on a small beach near a waterfall, accessible from the main water reservoir.

The Document (11) can be found shortly after entering the Temple of the Sun challenge tomb. The secret is in the corridor that leads to the damaged ladder.
The Paddler Gods
Document (12) is inside the Temple of the Sun challenge tomb. The secret is in the corridor adjacent to the room with large mirrors. You can reach that place when you are moving between mirrors 3 and 4 or when you are heading back towards the exit from the tomb.

The twelfth document can be found inside the crypt located in Kukulkan temple. As soon as you enter through the hole in the wall, the secret will be waiting for you.
Punishment for Crime
The thirteenth document can be found inside the same crypt in Kukulkan temple. After examining the contents of the sarcophagus, Lara will discover the secret hidden in the lower part of the location. However, the path to the secret is guarded by two traps with ropes positioned just above the ground.
