At the start of the level, get ready to fight two groups of octobots sent by Doctor Octopus. Defeat them to chase after the arch villain.
During the second wave of enemies, fire will break out on the floor. To put it out, approach the flames and build a Fantastic Four platform from bricks. Use it with Mr. Fantastic and press the interaction button to unlock a shield switch on the right.
Throw Captain America’s shield at the target to fix the lift. Head to the upper floor and wait for Doctor Octopus to escape. New enemies will appear at this point, defeat them and move on.
In the first stage, use Mr. Fantastic to build a ventilation shaft from debris (located in the central-right part of the area). Then use your elastic abilities to pass through it.

Glide over the gap with Mr. Fantastic, kill all enemies, and build a rope. Toss Captain’s shield at Doctor Octopus to make him run, then use Mr. Fantastic’s abilities to pass through the iron bars. Yank a red attachable point to drop some bricks down and build a Fantastic Four panel. Use it to hit an enemy. Use Spider-Man’s web to yank an attachable point to create a passage. Defeat all enemies and climb to the top of the building. Use Spider-Man’s web to yank two attachable points to switch ventilators on. Choose Mr. Fantastic and build a computer from the debris to open the gate. Use a Fantastic Four panel to create two attachable points for Spider-Man, opening the passage to the next roof. Defeat all enemies and enter the arena for the final battle with Doctor Octopus. Avoid all attacks, and if you get caught, switch the character to avoid losing studs.
