To complete this activity, all you need to do is take a photo of the solar windmill standing under the building with the “MONIKA” logo. Simply grab your phone and point the lens at the windmill, as shown in the screen above.
Dumpster Diving
Completing the Dumpster Diving quest will earn you:

- $2,000
The Dumpster Diving activity is located in the central part of the district, in the parking lot between the blocks.
To complete this activity, simply search for the glowing golden dumpster. Your reward will be XP points and several thousand dollars.

The activity is located in the southwest part of the district.
