Steps to complete the mission
- XP and cash rewards;
- A new vehicle called Idols Barbados;
- A collectible item called Hummingbird Codex – it can be placed in the Saints HQ as a decoration.
Go to the boathouse
Meet up with the Saints at the church to discuss the plan. The building you need to search is not far away, but you can use a car for convenience.
Eliminate the guards in front of the building and enter it.
Fight your way to the vault
Follow the designated route inside the building and defeat the Idols on the way. Use your area-of-effect abilities to weaken or eliminate large groups of enemies. You can also use quick shots to fire at explosive objects.
Your ultimate destination is the underground passage.
Get the Codex
Approach the display case containing the Codex. When you try to take it, you’ll discover that you’ve been deceived and trapped.
You need to defuse the bomb before it explodes – just approach the empty case and interact with it.
Break out of the vault
You will face multiple groups of Idols attacking you on your way out. Once again, area-of-effect abilities are very useful. A scoped gun will also be handy when fighting through a long corridor.
Grab a jetski
Leave the building and head towards the water. Grab one of the jet skis you can find there. Head towards the huge yacht where you must search for the Codex.
Take the jump
You can jump onto the yacht using the ramp shown above. Approach it in a straight line at high speed to land on the yacht.
Get the Codex
Once you’re on the yacht, keep moving towards the markers the game places for you while fighting the enemies along the way. Use your skills, quick shots, and takedowns as before.
Reach the display case containing the Codex – once again, you need to defuse a bomb by interacting with it.
Place the Explosive Device
Take the bomb which is no longer a threat and head towards the bridge of the yacht. Once there, interact with the central console to plant the bomb and make a run for it.
Eliminate Both Collective Members
Proceed towards the helipad of the yacht, where you’ll face a mini-boss battle against two members of the Collective. These bosses are indicated by skulls on the map and are very sturdy, so it’s best to concentrate on one at a time. Use Takedowns on other enemies to restore your health when necessary. Equip your best weapon, aim for their heads and try to dodge their attacks as much as possible.
Escape from the Yacht
This objective can be rather confusing. Don’t jump into the water right away. Instead, run through a long, burning corridor on the yacht. If you catch fire, roll to extinguish the flames. You don’t have to defeat every enemy you encounter, just keep moving towards your goal.
You’ll eventually reach a small boat that you can use to escape.
Make Your Way to Shore
The mission culminates in a long chase sequence. Fire at the pursuing jet skis and boats. You can continue firing without worrying about running out of ammo.
Reach the shore to successfully complete the mission.
