Examine the steelworks building (secondary mission objective). The secret is in the northern room on the upper floor of the building (there is also an explosive in the same place).

Examine the building in the northern part of the factory, whose entrance is shown in picture 1 (located to the east of the collectible). After entering the building, you will spot the collectible lying next to the ladder shown in picture 2.

To obtain the collectible, you must break into the train station office located in the western part of the factory. You can use a lockpick or bolt cutters at the designated spot in picture 1. You will find the collectible on one of the desks.
The seventh collectible is a classified document that contains the Kraken’s cargo manifest, which is a mandatory objective of the mission. To acquire it, you must investigate the warehouse in the southern part of the factory and gain access to its safe. You can obtain the key from the officer in the northern room or use an explosive.
The eighth collectible is also a classified document that you can find on the planks in the junkyard located in the northern part of the map. It is easy to spot as it is in a visible location.
For the ninth collectible, you need to enter a small building in the central part of the map. You can access the entrance by using the ladder.
The tenth collectible is another classified document that you can find in the locked armory in the eastern part of the refinery. You can locate the entrance to the armory in picture 1. To gain access, you can use an explosive or find a Jager Sniper on the highest balconies of the refinery, who carries the key to the armory. The collectible is on one of the desks, and there is also a workbench in the same room.
The eleventh collectible is a small gold pocket watch that you can find in the junkyard in the northern part of the map. It is near the generator, as shown in the picture.
To obtain the twelfth collectible, you must visit the warehouse in the southern part of the map, which is also related to the main mission objective. The secret is on the chests on the ground floor of the warehouse.
The thirteenth collectible, the P.1000 Ratte Plans, can be found by exploring the southernmost building. You can find the plans on the wagon next to one of the walls of the building.
The fourteenth collectible is a Dead-Eye Target, the Stone Eagle 1. It is on the highest point of the ruined building in the western part of the map. The best position to shoot it from is to the east of the train station office, from about 50-60 meters away.
The fifteenth collectible, the Stone Eagle 2, is on the roof of the building with the large blast furnace. You can shoot it from anywhere in the area, including the street level, as long as you can see a fragment of the roof shown in the picture above.
The sixteenth collectible is also a Dead-Eye Target, the Stone Eagle 3. You can find it in the same area as the fifteenth collectible, on the roof of a nearby building.
The stone eagle is situated on the southern building outside the mission area, but this is not a major issue as you can position yourself approximately 150 meters north of it, near the evacuation point and the entrance to the building with the furnace.
Collectible #17 is a workbench that can be found in the basement of the building located in the northern section of the factory. To reach it, you must first locate the locked door in one of the larger buildings and use lockpicks or bolt cutters to open it. A ladder behind the door will take you down to the basement.
Collectible #18, another workbench, is located in the armory building in the central part of the map, north of the warehouse with the manifesto. You can search for a key or use explosives to blow open the armory door.
The third workbench, collectible #19, is in the closed armory in the eastern part of the refinery. To gain access to it, you need to find the entrance to the armory that is shown in picture 1. You can blow it open with explosives or try to locate the Jager Sniper on the highest balconies of the refinery, who carries the key to the armory.
