Find Paolo near the BioVida facility

You can begin the Angel De La Muerte Operation immediately after completing the main mission, Surgical Extraction. Head to the BioVida Facilities location and find Paolo on the hill adjacent to the enemy base. You can climb up or use a wingsuit to reach him.

Infiltrate the BioVida facility

The BioVida facility is a large location, so it’s helpful to do a reconnaissance from the hill where you met Paolo. Tag enemies, cameras, and alarms for easier navigation.

You can choose to stealthily sabotage the security systems or engage in combat, but the latter may result in heavy fire.

The entrance to the main building, 13, is closed, so head towards the back building instead of searching for an access card. Use the stairs in building 12 to reach the lower roof and then the ladder to the roof of building 13.

Once on the highest roof, destroy the padlock to enter the locked entrance.

Use the red terminals in building 13 to unlock the next passages instead of searching for access cards. Breaking the glass walls in the laboratories may be necessary.

Exploring discovered rooms is optional, but the main path leads to the basement of the building. When you reach a cell in the basement, you’ll encounter El Doctor and a patient behind armor glass. Don’t attempt to kill him yet.

Escape from the Poison Chamber

You can either proceed to the Poison Chamber immediately after encountering El Doctor or wait for him to finish his speech. If you choose the latter, you will have less time to react. When the Poison Chamber is activated, a poisonous gas will be released, and your character will start losing health points. Before this happens, it is advisable to check your equipment and increase your resistance to poison if possible, but it’s not mandatory.

To escape from the chamber, you need to destroy the hatch in the floor and jump into the underground ventilation shaft.

The ventilation shaft is like a small maze, and not all branches lead to the exit. Destroy the vents along the way and choose the correct branches at the forks:

1. Take the right branch and destroy the grille in front of you,
2. Take the right branch,
3. Take the right branch and destroy the grille in front of you.

If you have chosen the paths correctly, you will reach the upper grille shown in the picture. Use it to exit the shafts.

Assassinate El Doctor

Don’t waste time as your character will continue losing health points gradually (remember to heal). Follow the linear path and go back to the basement. Ignore the hallucinations that you encounter on the way. Only destroy the El Doctor “clones” if they are blocking the passage.

El Doctor is at the end of the linear path, hidden among the clones. Shoot all the visible characters, and one of them will be the enemy you need to kill.

Secure the Area for Juan’s Landing

Exit the building and head towards the landing pad of the BioVida facility. This is where the main fight of the operation will take place.

Allies will help you in defeating your opponents. Note that if an important NPC falls, the game can resurrect them.

You have the freedom to choose how to eliminate the enemies during the fight. However, it’s best to watch the radar readings and avoid fighting in the open area. At least one enemy helicopter can join the battle, and you can react differently depending on your preferences. You can fire at the machine with explosive bullets, use the rocket launcher, get to one of the nearby stationary cannons, or use the Volta Supremo when the helicopter gets closer.

You have to keep fighting until you defeat all the enemies in the airport area, including reinforcements that may arrive later in the battle. Only then will the game start a cutscene of Juan landing the helicopter and taking all the rebels on board.

After watching more cutscenes, you will complete the storyline of the Valle De Oro region and the Maximas Matanzas group.
