Common Follower Forms

How to Obtain the Wolf Follower Form?
You can get the Wolf Follower Form by completing a quest given to you by a fox. Find the fox on the bridge in Pilgrim’s Passage at night and give him a big fish (except for Minnow).
Next, go to Spore Grotto at night and talk to the fox again. He’ll ask you to sacrifice one of your followers. Choose one from the list to complete this quest step.
Then, go to Smuggler’s Sanctuary at night and find the fox on the right side near the water. You’ll need to sacrifice 2 followers or lose half of your Heart. After making your choice, continue with the task.
The last step is to go to Midas’s Cave and find the fox in the upper right corner of the map. Sacrifice Ratau to complete the task and receive a reward.
Note that sacrificing Ratau will prevent you from playing Knucklebones with him, so make sure to win at least one game with him before completing this quest stage to unlock the Master of Chance achievement.
How to Obtain the Axolotl Follower Form?
To get the Axolotl form blueprint, complete a quest in Pilgrim’s Passage. Go to the lighthouse and bring 15 Lumber and 25 Crystal Shards (found in the Anchordeep region during the crusades). Deliver the materials to receive a reward.
Where to Find the Starfish Follower Form?
You can find the Starfish Follower Form blueprint in Midas’s Cave. Look for it in a pile of gold to the right of the throne.
Where to Find the Rat Follower Form?
The Rat Follower Form blueprint is behind Ratau’s hut in the Lonely Shack area.
How to Obtain the Monster Follower Form?
During the crusades, you may encounter a character named Rakshasa. Attack the giant snail a few times to start a fight. After winning, you’ll receive a blueprint for the Massive Monster Statue.
Return to camp and build the monument. Pray at the statue during nighttime to receive the Monster Follower Form.
How to Acquire the Poop Follower Form?
To obtain the Poop Follower Form, head to the kitchen in your campsite and cook 6 Bowls of Poop. Once you complete this task, the reward will be yours.
Where to Obtain the Snail Follower Form?
If you want to acquire the Snail Follower Form, you must fulfill a particular objective. Start by heading to the Anura region and striking random snails to obtain Shells. You will need 5 of these. The next step is to activate 5 snail statues.
You can find one of the statues behind the cabin in the Lonely Shack area.
Two of the statues can be found in Spore Grotto, on the left side of the second room.
The third statue is located in Pillgrim’s Passage, to the left of the lighthouse.
The fourth statue is situated in Smuggler’s Sanctuary, on the left side of the shop.
The fifth statue is in Midas’s Cave, to the left of the area entrance. Activate all five statues to receive the Snail Follower Form.
