Climb up the rope and turn Hulk back into his savage form. Use Hulk to pull out the green handles, destroying the silo and scattering it into pieces. Build a water cannon from the debris and shoot it at Sandman. Fight him with Hulk and hit the green wall with the attack button.
Turn around and head towards the center of the arena. Destroy the pile of sand on the left with Hulk’s smash attack (press jump and attack buttons together). Build a concrete mixer from the debris and throw it at Sandman. When the giant falls, attack him again.
