Investigate the BioVida Facility

This is one of the new main quests that becomes available after completing the Take Your Medicine mission. You will meet El Tigre again at the Patriotas Peak camp in the El Este region.

The BioVida Facility is located northeast of the Guerrilla Hideout and is heavily guarded. Instead of using the main entrance, try to enter from the water side.

You need to take three photos with your smartphone documenting the atrocities happening at the BioVida base. Before you start taking pictures, take some time to deal with the enemies in the area. You can also use weapons with a silencer and climb on the roof of one of the tanks for reconnaissance. Raising the alarm will not fail the mission, but it can make it more challenging and bring in reinforcements.

Take the First Photo

You need to visit the pumping station building near the lake. There is a valve that you need to interact with to bring down the water level in the reservoir. Investigate the area where the red vapors were previously visible over the water to find a pile of bodies.

Select your smartphone from the inventory and press the take a picture button to capture the first photo.

Take the Second Photo

You need to explore the area with the cages where the experimental subjects were held. Take a photo of the corpse in one of the cages.

Take the Third Photo

You need to get inside the main building, but the doors are locked. Look for an officer in the area and assassinate him to obtain his access card. Destroy the camera in the area before using the access card to reach the door.

Locate the stairs leading to the upper balconies and take a photo of the room where experiments on patients imprisoned in capsules took place.

Contact Lorenzo at the Legend’s base

Leave the BioVida facility (try not to trigger any alarms) and utilize the fast travel option to reach Patriotas Peak. Once there, you will be treated to a cut-scene that introduces you to the Legends once again.
