Croup’s Fishery is the first area of the game and where you’ll find the safe.
You’ll need to reach the Accounting Office, which is located on the upper level of the Factory Floor. You can find a map of this location in the small Front Office, located at the north of the building.
There are several ways to enter the office:
Option 1 – the inactive elevator shaft: In the room where you found the luggage case, start the elevator to reach the building’s upper floor. Find the inactive, boarded up elevator shaft and destroy the planks with melee strikes. There is a chain hanging in the shaft. Jump onto it to grab it and climb to the top. This will let you jump through the hole leading to the office.
Option 2 – Break an office window: Climb the lower roofs of the main building and find a row of large windows. Break any of them, but be aware that breaking the glass will alert nearby guards. Wait for them to leave or hide until they are unalerted.
Option 3 – climbing up Stairwell A: Look for the enemy holding a key outside of the building. You can pickpocket him for it or just kill him. Go to Stairwell A and make your way up to the highest floor. Then open the Accounting Office’s door with the key.
Finding the combination and opening the safe
Once you reach the room where the safe is located, turn off the lights to find the combination. The combination, 363, is only visible in the dark. Input the code by interacting with the rotating mechanism and pull the handle to open the safe.
Exclusive Items Inside the Safe
Inside the safe, you can discover a Revolver – a firearm that is obtainable elsewhere. Another Revolver can be found in the hut near the entrance to the mines (at the end of Croup’s Fishery). However, opening the safe will give you access to this weapon earlier.
