Head towards the West to reach Watcher’s Reach, located at the bottom of the nearby canyon. You will come across Fairbanks at the entrance of the cave. He will provide you with main quests for the Emerald Graves. Speak to him to complete the quest and receive additional quests that are interrelated: The Freemen of Dales and A Fallen Sister, aimed at freeing Dalia from the enemies.
