1 – The ruins where the game begins, which can be explored at the start or later.

2 – A small camp that becomes a resting place for companions after recruiting the first ally. The ruins can also be explored while traveling with Duras for the “Survive” quest.

3 – The Goliet village, home to the berserkers faction. Many new quests can be picked up here, and Ragnar can be talked to about joining the berserkers.

Location 16 is the Ruins of the Dome. Here, you must defeat a Big Bang boss as part of “The Big Bang” main quest, which is unlocked in the Fort.

Location 17 is Zardom’s hideout, which is the Company Premises: North Abessa abandoned base. As part of “The Old Man” main quest from the second chapter of the main story, you must meet with Zardom here. Later in the game, a confrontation with Kallax also takes place in this location.

Smaller quests:

Location 1 is The Pit. The most important find in this location is the C.R.O.N.Y. U4 drone, which is a potential companion as part of the “A Half Defective Tin Can” quest. The main path leading to The Pit is guarded by a berserker, but you can easily avoid him with a jet pack.

Location 2 is Nezol and Alb separatists hideout. To find the separatists, you must complete the “Searching for Clues” side quest received in Goliet. You can receive the “Clearing the Forest” mission from Nezol.

Location 3 is the World Heart. You visit this location as part of several quests. Thorgal can give you “The Missing Man” quest here.

Location 4 is Hunter’s hut. As part of the “A Beserker Warrior” quest received from Duras, you can meet with the hunters. You can also unlock two side quests here: “Hunting Loss” by talking to the apprentice Lennart and “On the Hunt with Geron” by talking to the hunter Geron.

Location 5 is the Exiles camp. The exiles are friendly towards the main character, and talking to them will allow you to unlock “Paranoid” and “Sounds in the Dark” side quests.
