In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, while exploring The Mission of San Juan, you can discover several Survival Caches, among other things. There are a total of 8 caches that you can find, marked with blue, and 1 Conquistador Chest marked with green. Survival Caches
The first Cache (1) is located in the wolf cave. Eliminate the beasts before proceeding.
The second cache (2) can be found near the mountain path that runs along the water reservoir. You can access it from the north or south.
The third cache (3) is situated at the bottom of the eastern side of the water reservoir, near the path leading to the Thirsty Gods tomb.
The fourth cache (4) is located on the small beach at the northern edge of the eastern water reservoir. There’s a climbing wall nearby that you can use to exit this area.
The fifth cache (5) is at the bottom of the Thirsty Gods tomb, in the chamber where you adjust the water level. Look for the flooded building depicted in picture 1 (beware of the piranhas!). This will lead you to cache 2 (picture 2).
The sixth cache (6) is at the bottom of the Thirsty Gods tomb, in the chamber where you change the water level. Explore the depths of the chamber, but beware of the piranhas.
The seventh cache (7) can be found while exploring the Tree of Life tomb. It’s near the spot where Lara has to slide down the rope.
The eighth cache (8) is connected to the monolith puzzle in San Juan. It’s at the bottom of the western reservoir, next to the group of stones that resemble a turtle.
Conquistador Chest
The Conquistador Chest (1) is in the small area near the western reservoir. Dive into the western reservoir and locate the spot where you can access the side chamber. Once there, climb the ledge to find the treasure (picture 2). The Warrior Pendant is inside the chest.
