Caer Oswin
Caer Oswin serves as the headquarters for the Seekers, a faction in Dragon Age: Inquisition. The first time you visit this location is during the Inner Circle quest for Cassandra called “Promise of Destruction”. This quest is one of many that you can complete for Cassandra, and you will not receive it until you progress through the story. Although the castle does not contain any items or collectibles, it is home to numerous hostile Seekers.
To unlock Caer Oswin, complete Inner Circle quests for Cassandra until you receive “Promise of Destruction”. Once you have the quest, use the war map to travel to Caer Oswin.
Recommended experience level: You can begin the quest once you reach Skyhold, which should give you enough experience to handle the enemies. The suggested level is between 13-15, but you could attempt it at level 10 since there are not many opponents.
Important notes:
1) Caer Oswin is not a location you can return to, so be sure to collect all the loot while you are there.
