Examine the window marked in the image above – if you successfully pass a very difficult Perception skill check, you will see a key outside that can unlock the kitchen door.
You can attempt to see something through the window beforehand, but after completing the aforementioned tasks, the chance of success will significantly increase (the negative modifier will disappear).
Entering through the terrace
After entering Klaasje’s room, head to the rooftop terrace where you will find a locked door. You can force it open, but you need to pass a very difficult Physical Instrument skill check.
Exploring the secret room
On the ground floor of the secret room, old broken pinball machines are stored. By interacting with one of these devices, you will learn interesting things about Kim.
Upstairs, you will find some kind of office. Pay attention to the footprints that someone recently left here – when you interact with them, Harry and Kim will conclude that it may be related to the case. The quest will be complete.
