Basic Information
Blood Rose is the first World Boss you’ll face in Dark Wood in Diablo Immortal. It has over 13 million health points, making it much more powerful than the version you encounter during the story missions. You can find it in the western corner of the map, and anyone can join the fight. However, at least 6 players are required to participate, and more players make the fight easier.
Preparation
To prepare for the fight, you should select the right skills, replenish health potions, and charge Resurrection Stones. Ranged skills that deal high damage in a short amount of time are the most effective against Blood Rose. Defensive skills are not useful since the boss’s moveset is easy to learn, and the fight can be completed with minimal damage taken. Keep in mind that attacking the boss does not charge your Potions, so keep an eye on your health. You can occasionally find Health Orbs to replenish your health during the fight.
You should aim to have at least 10 strong heroes with you during the fight, and on Hell 1 difficulty, you can defeat the boss in about 3 minutes.
Attacks
Blood Rose has several basic attacks:
- When facing the boss, it’s recommended to stay on the left side to avoid the beam that always travels from right to left. If you hide in the grass at the corner, you won’t be hit by the beam. However, it will eventually reverse its direction.
- The boss will summon a group of wraiths, providing an opportunity to eliminate them and replenish your Health potions.
- The “Pull” attack is crucial in combat. When the boss’s health drops to approximately 7 million points, it will initiate an attack that drags players towards it. A circle will appear before the attack. The boss will frequently use this attack, and anyone within its range will heal the boss. Hence, it’s best to fight from a distance. Creatures summoned by you won’t heal the boss.

To receive a passive Health bonus that can be upgraded, you must defeat the boss on the Hell 1 level and receive a stone that you will place in the Iben Fahd’s Sanctum.
