Mana

Mana is a crucial resource for character development in Forspoken because it’s used to unlock new skills and upgrade existing ones. Here are some ways to gain Mana:

If a skill you purchased isn’t working for you, you can unlearn it and get back the spent Mana to allocate to a different skill.

Stamina

The stamina gauge is located in the lower left corner of the screen, above the health bar. Stamina is used for Magic Parkour, dodging, and climbing over obstacles. Your hero doesn’t have unlimited stamina, so if she runs out, it will be harder to avoid enemy attacks. Here are some ways to increase your total stamina:

1. Complete additional quests from the main storyline (up to 4 optional stamina charges are available during the campaign).

Points of Interest – Improving Statistics

To find these locations quickly, look for places marked on the map with two small arrows – these POIs offer additional bonuses when their task is completed.

Equipment

Frey, the heroine of Forspoken, can equip a cape and a necklace. You can find different items belonging to these two categories throughout Athia by looking for the corresponding icons on the map. You can further enhance them with crafting.
