Bully – companion location and recruitment

Bully belongs to the Outlaws and is located in the faction’s headquarters in the Crater. Head to Baxter’s house in the northern part of the Crater, as shown in the picture above.


After meeting with Baxter, Bully will challenge you. You can either give him elexit or fight him. Be cautious during the fight, as Bully is challenging to beat, especially if you’re at a low level. Watch out for his melee attacks and shotgun when you’re far away. After you win, Bully will accept his defeat and join your party.

Regardless of your decision, inform Baxter of what happened. If you fought Bully, file a complaint. Baxter will instruct Bully to follow you and report on your activities.
